We are a small, family owned breeder of Multi-Generational Australian Labradoodles. It's our desire to raise top quality Australian Labradoodles. All of our dogs are raised as members of our family. They live in our home, travel with us, go on camping trips and are socialized daily. My name is Michelle Barahona and my family and I fell in love with Australian Labradoodles when we became a Guardian Home to our beautiful Australian Labradoodle, named Riley in 2016. We immediately fell in love with her demeanor, sweet and gentle personality, and her intelligence.
After giving it alot of thought and discussing with my family, I reached out to Charl (Shadow Mountain Australian Labradoodles), who is now my mentor and discussed the breeding business. I joined Shadow Mountain's Raising The Breeder Bar (RTBB) program. I knew this was what I should be doing and felt like my life was coming full circle. I had always had a passion and connection with animals as a young girl. I was an active FFA (Future Farmers of America) student while in High School and continued to study Animal Science in college in hopes to become a Veterinarian. I enjoyed judging livestock in my 20’s and loved showing them even more. As life has it, my young adult life took me into Corporate America. You know that saying, “find something you love to do, and you’ll never have to work a day in your life” … well this is how my journey begins as an Australian Labradoodle Breeder. With the support of my entire family, we decided to get our second dog and become breeders. My commitment is to spread the love of the breed to other families in need of a therapy dog, service dog or as a family pet.. I know you will fall in love with these amazing dogs.
